Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Jothashilpa delivers orders, what delivery costs and how long it takes.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options available to you.

2. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your delivery area and, in some cases, the size and weight of your order. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Any free delivery offer is shown on the website and applies only as described in the offer.

3. Delivery time

After we confirm your order we prepare it for dispatch. Delivery usually takes a few working days depending on your area, as shown at checkout. Times are estimates, and public holidays, weather, strikes and other events outside our control may cause delay.

4. Order tracking

We confirm dispatch by SMS or email where possible, and you can follow your order from the track order page using your order number.

5. Receiving your order

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you give. Our courier will try to contact you on the phone number you provided. If delivery fails, we may try again or contact you to rearrange it. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us at once if it is damaged or incomplete.

6. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is offered, you pay the courier the total amount shown on your order when you receive it. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may ask you to confirm the order by phone before dispatch.

7. Wrong address or refused delivery

If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or the order was refused without a valid reason, we may charge the delivery cost for sending it again or for the return trip.
